COUNSELING FEES & INVESTMENT
PRICING
A 60 minute session costs $125 - $200
PAYMENT OPTIONS

Self-Pay: This is the fee for service set by the therapist. A super-bill (see explanation below) is available upon request.

Sliding Scale: Fitting the cost of therapy into your budget might be challenging. The sliding scale option exists for clients whose household income does not support the full self-pay counseling fee. You may discuss sliding scale options during your appointment.

Health Insurance: Laurie currently accepts insurance providers in the states of Hawai'i, Montana, & Arizona (see below for a list of providers).

Submit a Super-Bill to Your Insurance: If you use the self-pay option, a super-bill is available upon request which can be used to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for all or part of the fee. Laurie will show you how to do this but cannot guarantee that your health insurance company will accept the request since they each have different criteria that must be met.
Please note: Fees are due at the time of the appointment. Counseling fees may be paid by credit card, including a Health Savings Account Card. For your convenience, a credit card can be securely stored for regular payment in your client portal. The card can be changed or updated as needed.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Life happens and so do cancellations. Laurie's policy is that cancellations must made at least 24 hours prior to your therapy appointment to avoid a $50 cancelation fee. This time frame gives your therapist enough time to pull from their cancellation list and fill that spot. When you no-show or cancel last minute it means lost income and lost time that could have been given to others. Laurie asks that you be conscious of her time and cancel as soon as you know you cannot make your appointment.
