What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy is a combination of creative practices with traditional talk therapies. The process of creation connects us to our inner wisdom and strength facilitating insights, deep healing, and transformation. Together, we will explore who you are, what nourishes you, what you value, what you want in life, and how to get there. We will strengthen your skills, heal wounds, increase your confidence, and empower you to overcome suffering, detrimental patterns, and limitations. My ultimate goal is to reconnect you with yourself and help you build a joyful, meaningful life.

Art is for Everyone !

Sometimes people tell me, “But I can’t draw!” Not a problem. I will always meet you exactly where you are in artistic skill, interest, and creativity. We can incorporate as little or much art into the therapy session as you want. You can learn more about art therapy and what we do in a session by contacting me.
